Ozone is a powerful oxidizer that can be used to convert harmful substances such as ammonia and nitrite into nitrate. At the same time the level of bacteria can be reduced. Trioxx 100-300 en 300-500
The ozone is generated by corona discharge in a stainless steel tube with boriumsilicate glass electrodes. By using these high quality components is a long life of the tube guaranteed. At least 15.000 hours. The tube can be cleaned or replaced when necessary. The ozone output is adjustable for optimum efficiency in use at the pond or aquarium. The generators are available in 300 and 500 mg/hour.

Trioxx Pool
Available in 3 models (700 - 1.400 and 2.800 mg). Build on the same principle as the other Trioxx range.

Airdryers
The production of ozone depends to a large extent on the humidity of the ambient air. An ozone generator based on corona discharge can produce a maximum of 50% of his capacity at 50% (RH= relative humidity). Due to this fact in any case it is recommended to use an air dryer.
Besides an increased capacity of the generator, provides an air dryer for a longer life or the generator. Furthermore the dryer ensures that no unwanted products arise such as sulfuric acid
In the new AIRDRYER 320/520 are 2 extra airfilters at the input and output. These can be cleaned easily, therefore fine particles from the air or the airpump can be stopped.

Inline mixers
The inline-ozonmixers are developed for an efficiënt mixing of ozone and oxygen in water. Besides the OZR-ozonreactor, is the inline-ozonmixer a good alternative.

Ozonreactors
By a two-fold mixing of the air–ozone mixture and a low pressure drop is reached in all reactors a high input of ozone. The new reactors can be used for mixing ozone and oxygen.

Non-return valves
It is important that the used materials in the installation are ozone proof. These non-return valves are coated with PTFE.

Venturi-injector
Venturi-injectors are an efficiënt solution for mixing water with ozone.

Flowmeters for gases
Especially for the ozone generators, we sell tree different models of flowmeter (up to 5 ltr., 10 ltr. and 20 ltr./min)to measure and regulate the flow. This can be either air or oxygen. By a set screw on the front the flow can be regulated properly.

Flowmeters for liquids
Not only the measurement of gases is necessary but in many cases it is also important to know the flow of the medium (water of the swimming pool, wastewater or drinking water). Even as control for pumps these PVC flowmeters are suitable.
